Took Too Long Game of Thrones S4e1

post-40535-Jaime-Lannister-showing-off-ne-aQ1SHi Readers,

So, last week was the premiere of Season Four of Game of Thrones, and maybe I took too long waiting to watch it, but I finally did last night, so that I could watch episode two tonight, this is be a quick blog though, and I’ll probably get more in depth with each episode, but I think it’s fair to say that after last Sunday’s episode that in the words of Eric Cartman, this show “has warped my fragile little mind” (also, mild spoilers for those that have not read the books). Terminus, The Walking Dead S4e16

normal_The_Walking_Dead_S04E16__KISSTHEMGOODBYE_NET_0086Hi Readers,
Where should we begin, now that we’re at the end (of the season that is?) Well I thought I’d take a moment and make myself feel at least a little bit closer to as intelligent as Eugene Porter, by playing with Google Translate. You see, I wondered about Terminus. Yes I know that it was the original name for Atlanta, and was where all the train lines went through, but after looking at what the word actually means, I feel both more at peace about where the season left us, and all the hungrier for season five. Talk Nerdy To Me, The Walking Dead S4e15

normal_The_Walking_Dead_s04e15_WEBDL_720p_KISSTHEMGOODBYE_NET_0494Hi Readers,

Originally this post was going to focus primarily on all of the rules Daryl’s had to learn, especially when it comes to something being claimed, however Dr. Eugene Porter thoroughly won me over, so while Daryl will still be discussed along with everyone else (like TERMINUS), it makes perfect sense that Eugene will steal this blog, like every scene he was in. Culling the Flock, The Walking Dead S4e14

normal_The_Walking_Dead_S04E14_720p_KISSTHEMGOODBYE_NET_0567Hi Readers,
This is what I estimate will be the least sensitive response to a Walking Dead episode personally, and probably the least sensitive response to this episode. Yes, it was depressing, but thoroughly logical. So, let’s not only “look at the flowers”, but look at what’s growing and dying. Continue reading “Culling the Flock, The Walking Dead S4e14” »

Maggie and the Newbies, The Walking Dead S4e13

normal_The_Walking_Dead_S04E13_1080p_kissthemgoodbye_net_0280Hi Readers,

This past Sunday was, possibly the first episode of The Walking Dead this season that didn’t leave me pondering character growth or the meaning of life (or at least the meaning of life during a zombie apocalypse). Continue reading “Maggie and the Newbies, The Walking Dead S4e13” »

Reconciled, The Walking Dead S4e12

normal_The_Walking_Dead_S04E12_1080p_kissthemgoodbye_net_1068Hi Readers,
This past Sunday has been my favorite Walking Dead episode this season, and probably one of my favorites overall. Despite finally getting answers on what Darryl’s life was like when the zombie apocalypse hit, I think it’s safe to say that this ep was all about Beth. Tough, The Walking Dead S4e10

normal_The_Walking_Dead_S04E10_1080p_kissthemgoodbye_net_0076Hi Readers,

Well I think it’s safe to say that Sunday’s Walking Dead was able to offer up a lot of mixed emotions, which makes a lot of sense, considering the episode was all about balancing hope and despair. Read no further though if you haven’t seen it. Continue reading “Tough, The Walking Dead S4e10” »
